Macedonia Triangular Empowerment.
The Macedonia Triangular Empowerment Framework (MTEF) is a powerful tool designed to cultivate the holistic development and empowerment of individuals within the Christian faith.
It recognizes the multifaceted nature of human existence, integrating spiritual, economic, and social dimensions. By addressing the needs of the Spirit, Soul, and Body (1 Thessalonians 5:23), the MTEF aims to foster a thriving community of believers who can actively manifest the Kingdom of God’s values in everyday life.
Framework Objectives
The MTEF establishes three distinct yet interconnected objectives:
Spiritual Empowerment
Admit more people into the kingdom, deepen individual spiritual understanding and faith, fostering a profound connection with God and nurturing the inner life.
Economic Empowerment
Promote financial literacy, responsible stewardship, agricultural revolution, farm settlement and entrepreneurship, equipping individuals to fulfill their purpose and contribute to the community’s well-being thereby raising believers that controls the economy of their communities
Social Empowerment
Enhance social cohesion, ethical leadership, and community service, establishing a culture built on mutual support, integrity, and love, reflecting core Kingdom values with the ultimate goal of positioning believers into public and private leadership positions.
